Vincent C. Tenety, III

Vincent C. Tenety, III, was born in 1954, in Queens, NY. He graduated from Fordham University in 1976 and Fordham Law School (cum laude) in 1981. After law school, he was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1981 and later to the New York State Bar in 1983.
Mr. Tenety is an active member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and partner at Reilly Like Tenety & Hinrichs. He devotes his time to various charitable, non-profit, and community organizations and activities. His primary areas of practice are tax certiorari, real estate, banking, land use, and probate.

C. Randall Hinrichs
Partner
C. Randall Hinrichs is a former New York State Supreme Court Justice and Administrative Judge for the Suffolk County Courts who retired in 2020 after a 38 year career in public service. He began his judicial service as an elected County Court Judge in 2002 and was elected to the New York State Supreme Court in 2009. In his judicial career, Mr. Hinrichs served as the Supervising Judge of the County Court and from 2011 until his retirement in 2020 as the Administrative Judge for Suffolk County. In that position, he was responsible for the operation of the Suffolk Courts and the oversight of over 75 judges and over 900 employees.
Prior to serving as a judge, Mr. Hinrichs was a Suffolk County Prosecutor from 1982 to 2001. In his career, Mr. Hinrichs prosecuted numerous homicide cases, and was twice awarded the Distinguished Trial Advocacy award. He has been the recognized by the Criminal Bar as the Judge of the Year, the Suffolk County Bar as the recipient of the President's Award and honored by the Long Island Hispanic Bar Association.
He is a graduate of Bucknell university and the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School.
Ralph Powell
Executive Director
Ralph has thirty-five years’ experience in the Legal and Title Insurance fields. Ralph is an experienced small business owner and has provided management consulting and IT consulting to numerous title insurance agencies in addition to Reilly Like Tenety & Hinrichs.
Ralph has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from New York University and a Master’s Degree in Systematic Theology from Seton Hall University. Ralph serves as a Permanent Deacon in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Newark.
